Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms apply when you use zilio.shop or buy and use a Televo IPTV subscription. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our acceptable use policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

1. The service

Televo IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet. The service needs a compatible device, a compatible app and a stable internet connection, which you are responsible for providing. Channel line-ups and on-demand titles can change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live.

3. Plans and prices

  • Plans run for a fixed period (1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months) from activation.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are paid once, in advance. Plans do not renew automatically.
  • The price shown on our website when you order is the price you pay. There are no setup fees or equipment charges.

4. Ordering and activation

Orders are placed on WhatsApp. We confirm the plan, price and payment method with you in the chat, and send your login details once payment is confirmed. Keep them private: they are for your own use only.

5. Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Occasional maintenance, provider changes or events outside our control may affect availability or picture quality. Picture quality (UHD, Full HD or HD) depends on the channel, your device and your internet speed.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service in line with our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or end a subscription without refund if it is shared, resold or otherwise misused.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your device, app, internet connection or network provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party apps and devices

Apps and devices used to watch the service are provided by third parties. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we are not responsible for how they work.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material available through our website or service infringes your copyright, message us via our contact page with:

  • your name and contact details, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  • a description of the copyrighted work and where the material you believe is infringing can be found;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review every notice and will remove or disable access to material that infringes copyright.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
