Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how a Televo IPTV subscription may be used. It forms part of our terms and conditions.

1. Personal use

Subscriptions are for private, non-commercial viewing in your household. They may not be shown in pubs, bars, gyms, hotels, shops or other commercial or public places.

2. Your login details

• Do not share, publish or give away your login details.
• Use only the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
• Do not resell, sublicense or rent access to the service.

3. Prohibited activity

• Recording, copying, re-streaming or redistributing any content from the service.
• Trying to access systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
• Interfering with, overloading or disrupting the service, for example with automated tools or scrapers.
• Using the service in any way that breaks the law where you live.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may warn you, reset your login details, or suspend or end your subscription without a refund.

5. Reporting misuse

If you think your login details are being used by someone else, message us straight away via our contact page and we will help secure your account.
