Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Televo IPTV (“we”, “us”) handles when you use zilio.shop and our IPTV service, why we handle it and what your rights are. We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data we collect
- Orders and support messages. Orders and support happen on WhatsApp, so we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp display name and the content of your messages, including the plan you order.
- Payment details. Payments are processed by the payment provider you use. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card or bank details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the website.
2. How we use your data
- To create and deliver your subscription and send your login details (performance of a contract).
- To answer support requests and help with setup (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the service (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small piece of information in your browser’s session storage so our WhatsApp button shows the current support number; it is deleted when you close the tab.
4. Who we share data with
- Our service provider, which creates customer accounts and delivers the service.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to share information.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law.
5. How long we keep data
We keep order and support records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with questions, refunds and legal or accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, message us via our contact page. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Children
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
